Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us for the services in question during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence, and nothing in these Terms affects your rights as a consumer under applicable EU consumer protection laws.
